WHAT IS FIXE?
FIXE IS A FLEETING EXPERIENCE, A SERIAL HAPPENING, A NUMBER OF EPISODES SET IN THE LOBBY OF THE SLOWLY AWAKENING WINDHAM HOTEL. FIXE IS TEN TABLES AND TWENTY SEATS.

A sidebar to the restaurant Popolo, Fixe is most often a closely curated dining event by our chef, Tim Cocheo. The first four weeks have menus relating to regions of Italy: Calabria, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, and Piedmont. Each menu lasts Friday and Saturday.

Reservations are required, are purchased as tickets and are made either by phone or on this website, below. If you come with others we’ll combine tables. We can only accommodate twenty people per night.
