We’re looking for skilled, motivated people with strong cooking fundamentals, a creative urge, and team spirit. This can be a full-time position for the right person. Sometimes we’ll train people who have the will but not the experience. Responsibilities include both lunch and dinner service, food preparation, kitchen organization and sanitation, event catering, and miscellaneous daily tasks. Despite what’s now a very decent history, Popolo is still we’re growing. We’ll need to see a professional resumé and references.
